By accessing or using Treasure Pilates Studio's website, facilities, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Overview

Treasure Pilates Studio offers:

• Pilates classes (Reformer, Mat, and specialized equipment sessions)
• Therapeutic services (Cupping, IFT, and Needle Therapy)
• Wellness programs and personalized training

Class schedules, availability, instructors, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. We recommend checking our schedule regularly for updates.

3. Membership & Payments

All payments for classes, packages, or memberships are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Packages expire as follows:

• 10-class packs: 3 months from purchase date
• 20-class packs: 6 months from purchase date
• Monthly memberships: Valid for calendar month only

Late cancellations (less than 12 hours notice) and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the class credit.

4. Health & Safety

You acknowledge that:

• You have consulted with a physician about participating in our programs
• You are responsible for monitoring your own condition during sessions
• You will inform instructors of any injuries, limitations, or pregnancy

Treasure Pilates Studio is not liable for any injury sustained during participation when proper technique and instructions are followed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content including:

• Class methodologies and sequences
• Website content and images
• Studio branding and logos

are the exclusive property of Treasure Pilates Studio and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

6. Studio Policies

To maintain a positive environment, we require:

• Arrival 5-10 minutes before class start time
• Clean workout attire and grip socks for equipment classes
• Mobile phones silenced and stored during sessions
• Respectful conduct toward staff and other members

Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
